We know you’re excited to sail, relax, and enjoy, so we do everything possible to make sure your trip is perfect. However, sometimes the sea or mechanics have other plans.

If the weather conditions are unsafe (strong winds, storms, or anything that could affect your experience) or if there’s a technical issue with the boat, we will offer you alternatives. What are they?

• Reschedule your trip for another available date or time.
• If that’s not possible, we’ll try to offer you a similar boat so you can still enjoy your experience.
• If none of these options work for you, we’ll give you a 100% refund, no hassle, no fine print.
