Is There a Security Deposit?

Experience has shown us that respect and good manners don’t depend on a deposit. We believe in the good faith of our guests, which is why we do not require a security deposit for short-term stays.

We simply ask for responsibility: if any accidental damage occurs, just let us know and treat the space as if it were your own home. It’s that simple.

For longer stays (beyond a standard tourist rental), we may request a security deposit, but we’ll inform you in advance so everything is clear from the start.
